Jessica Garcia

Jessica Garcia is a founding partner of GB Caprock CPAs, where she leads attest and advisory engagements for organizations across Texas. Her career spans more than fifteen years across public accounting and industry — nearly a decade in the assurance practice of a top-10 national accounting firm, and four years at a top-25 national firm, where she rose to director serving many industries including real estate, construction, professional services, not-for-profits and other commercial industries. She has also served as controller and CFO for organizations in agricultural processing, higher education, and energy services — giving her valuable experience on both sides of the audit. She has taught accounting at Lubbock Christian University and frequently guest lectures at Angelo State University, her alma mater.

Bishop Bradley
CPA · PARTNER
Bishop Bradley is a founding partner of GB Caprock CPAs, where he leads attest and advisory engagements for organizations across Texas. He began his career in the audit group of a top-25 national accounting firm, where he rose to audit manager planning and executing audit and review engagements. He served many industries including dealerships, construction, not-for-profit and other commercial industries. He holds a master's degree in accounting from Lubbock Christian University.
